Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, and trying it is fine: a few test sprays won’t stop you sending a bottle back.

Let us know within 30 days of delivery that you want to return it, then send it back within a further 14 days, mostly full and in its original packaging. This is on top of your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return

Email support@prestigious-aroma.co.uk with your order number and what you’re returning, and we’ll reply with the returns address. Post it well wrapped and keep your proof of postage. A tracked service is best, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.

You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method. If you return the whole order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery cost.
