These terms apply when you buy from prestigious-aroma.co.uk as a consumer. The seller is Prestigious Aroma, a sole trader business, support@prestigious-aroma.co.uk. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Our perfumes
Our eau de parfum scents are inspired by well-known fragrances. They are our own products: we are not connected with, endorsed by or licensed by the owners of any fragrance or brand we name, and we name them only to describe the style of scent. Our scents are not copies and will not be identical to the originals.
Perfume contains alcohol and fragrance ingredients that can cause allergic reactions. Check the ingredients on the box, test on a small area of skin first, avoid eyes and broken skin, keep away from children and flames, and stop using it if irritation occurs.
Product images are illustrations; packaging may vary slightly.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are what you pay. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is shown before you pay.
Payment is taken by Mollie when you place your order, by card, Apple Pay or PayPal.
If we have made an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
Your order
Your order is accepted, and our contract formed, when we email to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error); if so, we refund you in full.
Offers
Offers such as multi-buy discounts, free delivery and free samples are applied automatically in your bag under the conditions shown on the site at the time you order, and we may change or end them for future orders. A free sample is chosen by us to suit your order.
Each discovery set comes with a one-off code for 10% off a later order that includes a full-size bottle. It is valid for 60 days, can be used once, works alongside our multi-buy offers, has no cash value and is cancelled if the discovery set is refunded.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard delivery costs £3.50 unless your order qualifies for free delivery. Delivery times on the site are estimates; if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us and you may cancel for a full refund.
The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or someone you nominate.
Changing your mind
You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. On top of that, we accept returns for 30 days from delivery, and a few test sprays are fine. Tell us at support@prestigious-aroma.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us, mostly full and in their original packaging.
You pay the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or not as described. We refund the price of the returned items (and the standard delivery cost if you return the whole order within 14 days of delivery) within 14 days of receiving them, to your original payment method. We may reduce a refund if the items have been used more than needed to try them.
If something is wrong
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that you can ask for a repair or replacement, or in some cases a price reduction or refund. We pay return costs for faulty items.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer.
Complaints and law
If you have a problem, email support@prestigious-aroma.co.uk and we’ll try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to that order.
