What woody scents smell like
Woody fragrances are built on materials such as sandalwood, cedar, vetiver and oud. They tend to last well and sit close to the skin, which makes them easy to wear in cooler months and in the evening.
Our take on Oud Wood is the smoothest place to start, Tobacco Oud is darker and boozier with whisky and spice, and Uomo Noir is incense and pepper over creamy sandalwood.
When to wear woody scents
Woods are at their best in autumn and winter, for evenings and anywhere you want a scent that feels considered rather than loud. Two or three sprays on the chest and neck are plenty; oud in particular grows richer over a few hours.
